Who, What and Why
Who am I?
My name is Vicky and I am a university student studying in Toronto.
What will this blog consist of?
The Eat On:
It'll just be a food diary consisting of dishes I either cooked or dishes from restaurants that I've tried all around Toronto. Hopefully when you guys see the pictures and descriptions, your mouths will start to salivate and you'll want to check these places/recipes out!
For the dishes that I cooked myself, I'll tell you if it's yummy or not and also write any difficulties I had making it. I will also put suggestions and tips on making these dishes.
The Keep Strong:
Eating all this yummy food, won't this negatively affect my health? Well that's where the gym comes in handy. I will be writing and recording my daily exercise routines and progress :)

Keep Strong by working out so you can Eat On; enjoying the food this world has to offer
